Main Job Duties:
- Handle customer inquiries for new sales
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Prepare monthly reports for Marketing/Operations
- Manage company’s main telephone line with active customer service
Requirements:
- School Leavers with G.C.E. Advanced Level qualifications
- Professional qualification in a related field advantageous
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fluency in Written and Spoken English
