Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at a 4* hotel located in Wattala. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and effective communication with customers. The role will also involve sales-related activities.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales experience or skills
