Job Description

MegaPay (Pvt) Ltd., operating under the brand name “Pay&Go”, is a leader in outsourced payment collection in Sri Lanka. We offer a reliable, convenient, safe, and easy bill payment service through our island-wide network of payment kiosks, Universal Android POS Terminals, mobile app, and webpage.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care Executive located in Colombo. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, managing and resolving complaints, updating customer accounts, and conducting sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Satisfaction, and Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in the payment industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Sri Lankan payment landscape
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages

Remuneration

Base salary: LKR 40,00 + Incentive: LKR 10,00 (based on performance) = Total LKR 50,00. After probation, the base salary may increase by LKR 5,00, LKR 10,00, or LKR 15,00 based on performance evaluation.
