Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Tamil
We are hiring Customer Care Executive for a software product development and product engineering services company. If your qualifications match the job requirements, please apply at your earliest convenience.
Shift Basis:
. Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
. Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
. Night Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
. Working Days: Roster Basis (Including weekends)
Requirements:
. Fluency in Tamil, Sinhala, and English
. Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer care role
. Ability to work on weekends
. Residence in close proximity to Malabe
