Qualifications:
- Higher National diploma or degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (minimum 1 year) is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
