Job Description
Our client, 2050 Future Gaming, is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the iGaming sector.
Responsibilities:
– Handling user inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
– Collecting and analyzing user feedback to understand their needs
– Planning and executing events to boost user engagement and satisfaction
– Managing user relationships and collaborating with teams to improve service satisfaction
– Completion of other tasks as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications:
– Fresh graduate or less than a year of experience in Customer Service within iGaming/online gaming/Crypto
– Fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin or Japanese is a plus
– Independent, proactive, self-motivated, and accountable
– Willing to work rotating shifts and ability to perform under pressure
