Job Description
Main Responsibility:
Support the Digital Communications Manager & Customer Engagement Manager in the creation, maintenance, and reporting of Emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and Direct Mail (DM) campaigns across the Staysure Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and edit emails using Dreamweaver & HTML
- Create campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure projects meet guidelines
- Provide campaign reports for all CRM channels
- Work with the Brand team to align email materials with guidelines
- Compare data on proofs/direct mail samples with original files
- Set up direct mail variables for customer selections using FastStats
- Input purchase order requests on Sage X3 and assist with filing invoices
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience
- Passionate about customer experience and digital transformation
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AMP script
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good understanding of CRM platforms
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
- Adaptable to changes in environment
