Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Member at Peppermint Cafe located in Colombo. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing beverages and food items, operating cash registers, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player mentality
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Prior food and beverage industry experience preferred
- Food safety certification a plus
