Job Description
Position: Credit Risk Specialist
The Job:
- Conduct loan file reviews based on approved policies
- Assess compliance with credit policies
- Analyze credit portfolios to identify risks
- Ensure accurate uploading of approved limits
- Highlight and suggest corrections for identified risks
- Identify high-risk loans and assess compliance
- Assess impairment adequacy for potential Stage 3 accounts
- Provide input for process improvement and cross-selling
- Identify digitalization opportunities for productivity
The Person:
- Degree/professional qualification in a related field
- Minimum 8 years credit experience, with 3 years in corporate banking
- Retail banking experience is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as a team player
The position is at Senior Deputy Manager level.
