Job Description
Business of Company: FMCG (Banking Products)
Location: Mount- Lavinia
Responsibilities:
- Remove road blocks and troubleshoot order filling
- Liaise with customers, sales, and logistics teams
- Track credit limits and terms
- Follow up with sales team on balances
- Control customer order processing
- Verify customer creation forms
- Maintain DSO within KPI
- Prepare monthly collection targets
- Promote proactive H & S approach
Requirements:
- CA or AAT qualification
- Diploma in Credit Management
- 2 years’ Credit Control Management experience
- Interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in database management and record-keeping
