Job Description
Browns Hotels and Resorts is looking for a skilled Credit Controller to join our finance team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely payments, managing customer relationships, and minimizing bad debt risks. If you have strong communication skills and attention to detail, we welcome you to apply for this dynamic role.
Responsibilities:
- Update credit processes and policies for timely payments and high client retention.
- Handle inquiries, disputes, and reconciliation for accounts within approved credit limits.
- Assist with billing accuracy, credit card processing, and audit processes.
- Conduct daily credit policy reviews and ensure compliance with SOP.
- Evaluate local agents’ creditworthiness and maintain an approved credit agents registry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in Credit Controller role.
- Strong knowledge of credit control procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
