Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Officer – Credit Card Sales at DFCC Bank in Colombo. The Officer – Credit Card Sales will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Communication, and Sales Operations skills
- Lead Generation and Channel Sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Prior experience in credit card sales or financial services is a plus
