Job Description
Company Description: InGame Esports is a full-service Esports agency based in Colombo, involved in nurturing Ecosystems through high-visibility owned IP as well as providing Gaming & Esports services for the world’s leading brands.
Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Director at InGame Esports. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing and directing the creative team, developing creative strategies, managing production projects, providing art direction, and overseeing design projects. This role is based in Colombo with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications:
- Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding skills
- Art Direction and Design expertise
- Experience in developing and executing creative strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of the Games & Esports industry is a plus
