About the Role:
Our client, PDMC, a leading tractor manufacturer and sales company in Sri Lanka, is looking for a Country Commercial Head. This role is vital for driving business growth through market analysis, sales network expansion, and industry trend insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and identify sales potential in assigned regions.
- Establish sales outlets to strengthen the network.
- Implement market development activities to achieve sales targets.
- Recommend new business opportunities and products.
- Utilize institutional sales strategies for increased volume.
- Provide updates on industry shifts and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of machinery management experience.
- Strong knowledge of spare parts for agricultural machinery.
- Expertise in agricultural trends and international markets.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
