Key Responsibilities:
– Actively promote and sell our staff insurance product in Corporate markets
– Build and nurture strong relationships with clients
– Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in underserved areas
– Conduct presentations to Senior management of Corporate entities and convert businesses
– Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
– Provide personalized customer service and ongoing support
Qualifications:
– Experience working for a life insurance company or Sales oriented organisation (Mandatory)
– Proven experience in sales, particularly in corporate markets (preferred but not mandatory)
– Strong English speaking skills
– Excellent PR, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Diploma or degree in a relevant field (an added advantage)
– Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
– Highly motivated with a focus on achieving results
