Job Description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and streamline Data/ VOIP based solutions
• Timely delivery of services and meet project deadlines
• Engage and collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
• Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of orders
• Order progress monitoring and record-keeping
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication
• Maintain regular and timely correspondence with both internal and external parties
• Proactively identify and address challenges, escalating the issues
• Uphold services standards and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Ability to work on Australian working hours and willing to stay at least 2 years with us
• Demonstrated ownership and autonomy in managing tasks and projects
• Experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project execution
• Strong organizational abilities, coupled with adept stakeholder management skills
• Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service or customer-facing role
• Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ needs and delivery
• Customer-Centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service experiences
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to convey information confidently and effectively
• Familiarity with telecommunications and/or tech industry is advantageous
