Role Description

We are looking for a young and energetic Corporate Lawyer to join Studyingermany.lk (Pvt) Ltd. The Corporate Lawyer will provide legal advice and support on corporate matters, contracts, compliance issues, and intellectual property rights. They will also be involved in proofing legal documents and ensuring legal compliance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Compliance knowledge
• Experience in intellectual property rights
• Experience or Knowledge in Tax law is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience in international law or the education sector is a plus
• Law degree from a recognized institution
