The Role
· Develop creative concepts autonomously, within a creative team, or alongside a Creative Director
· Honing your craft and getting into the detail of the execution
· Understand how ideas can be executed across the globe and in different media
· Critical thinking to create work that solves the client’s business challenges
· Understanding of production processes across all media channels
The Person
· Experience in a similar role at a reputed Ad Agency handling multiple brands
· A portfolio that showcases multiple media and industry platforms
· Strong communication skills
· Entrepreneurial creativity to come up with ideas proactively
· Ability to deliver under pressure
