Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in contract administration, legal support, or procurement.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations.
- Familiarity with various types of contracts (e.g., purchase agreements, service contracts, vendor contracts, NDAs).
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
