Raffles Consolidated (Pvt.) Ltd is a leading name in the Hospitality Industry, that offers a wide range of services that revolve around the fixed contract catering sector in Sri Lanka. We are looking for an energetic, creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Develop content strategies that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to customer interactions.
- Use analytic tools to measure the effectiveness of content and social media strategies, and adjust tactics based on insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the company brand.
- Maintain compliance with copyright and data protection laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
