Scicom is an industry-leading BPO provider seeking Customer Service Executives for multi-lingual support, CX services, and more. Responsibilities include customer care, maintaining a positive image, client service knowledge, and efficient inquiry handling.
Requirements: Customer service focus, strong English skills, multitasking ability, communication proficiency, contact center knowledge, problem-solving skills, teamwork, punctuality, and computer literacy. Completion of Advanced Level Examination is a plus.
