Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of working experience
Experience in driving consumer growth in additional territories, particularly in the areas of acquisition and engagement
Proficiency in dedicated service areas with a core focus on offline marketing (not digital)
Familiarity with marketing tactics such as stumps, local marketing activations, BTL (Below the Line), flaring, road shows, aiming to elevate marketing from a Sri Lankan standpoint
Ability to communicate effectively in Sinhala, Tamil, and English to identify regional language gaps
Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally (couriers, restaurants) and externally (potential partners, suppliers)
Proficiency in developing marketing materials with operational and analytical skills, including Excel sheet management
Willingness to work on-site, with a hybrid WFH arrangement and occasional travel (up to 5%)
