Job Description
A leading IT solution providing company, PacificKode, is seeking a Computer Technician to join their team as a call centre agent to provide call centre support.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and log and track all Computer Hardware, Networking related issues using the ticketing system.
- Escalate issues to respective third-party service providers.
- Follow up with service providers to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the Computer hardware and system performance and functionality.
Requirements:
- A sound educational background and participation in extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in Sinhala speaking and fluency in English are preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge in computer hardware troubleshooting are advantages.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
