Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Hardware Technician located in Colombo District. The Computer Hardware Technician will be responsible for desktop/ laptop computer maintenance, troubleshooting hardware issues, providing hardware support, and ensuring seamless operation of computer systems.

Qualifications

• Computer Science, or NVQ3/NVQ4 or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Provide on-site hardware support, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
• Proven experience in IT hardware support or a similar field role.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, networking devices, and peripherals.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues quickly and efficiently.
• Motorbike with valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
