A leading UK-based company, renowned for its expertise in accountancy and financial services, is currently seeking a Compliance Officer (Mortgages) to join their skilled team.
Responsibilities
• Reviewing documents against the compliance checklist to verify the inclusion of all necessary documents and details.
• Ensuring all documents adhere to accurate formatting and comply with FCA guidelines.
• Scrutinizing bank statements with a professional eye to detect any unusual transactions.
• Keeping compliance reports up-to-date and creating dashboards for presentation purposes.
Qualifications
- Ideally, a finalist in CIMA, CIM, or Banking, or possess a degree in Accountancy or Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Availability to work UK hours: 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm in winter and 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm in summer, from the office location.
