Requirements:
- Professional Qualification in a compliance related field would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in both English & Sinhala is required
- A good communication skill and Client orientation
- Former police officers are encouraged to apply for this position
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Cargo transferring process effectively by maintaining adequate regulatory standards
- Effective communication throughout the incident to all stakeholders (internal and customer) thus ensuring proper decision making
- Provide regular training to the drivers with regard to defensive driving and safety
- Frequent visits to customer locations to ensure random inspections are carried out thus ensuring fleet quality is maintained throughout.
- Gather all necessary facts and conduct inquiries (internal and supplier) in a transparent manner
- Conducting “Spot Checks” to ensure that the drivers follow the basic regulations and are aligned with the demands set forward by the customer.
