Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate employee housing and accommodation needs.
- Ensure residents’ well-being throughout their journey.
- Address accommodation-related issues and organize engagement activities.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management.
- Collaborate with departments for a supportive work environment.
- Maintain records and support HR functions.
- Conduct inspections and apply safety protocols.
- Coordinate housing assignments and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with Housing and People & Culture Leader on issues.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ hospitality experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field.
- Knowledge in housekeeping operations and people & culture.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of employee accommodation practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
