Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements under various laws and regulations.
• Maintain statutory records and file necessary documents with relevant authorities.
• Support the company secretary with various secretarial duties.

Prerequisites:

• Undergraduate in law or pursuing company secretarial qualification.
• Prior experience in company secretarial matters preferred.
