As a Team member in our company, your role is pivotal in driving our mission forward by nurturing a thriving community, fostering a sense of belonging, and positively impacting lives. Your main focus will be to create an engaged community through innovative strategies, events, and programs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Organizing & Attend Parenting meetups both online and offline to observe and document proceedings.
- Take detailed notes to capture meeting flow, key discussion points, and notable actions during meetups.
- Develop strong relationships with Parenthrive club members to foster trust and engagement.
- Plan, organize, and implement expert sessions, both online and offline, coordinating with external experts under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conduct sessions on a smaller scale, both online and offline, to provide personalized engagement opportunities for Parenthrive club members.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute sessions effectively, ensuring alignment with club objectives and member needs.
- Continuously assess and improve session formats and content based on feedback and evolving member needs.
Your role is integral to our growth and success, and we will work closely with you to achieve the objectives.
