Position: Communications Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with Hatch’s brand and objectives.
- Craft engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and reports.
- Create content calendars and manage timely delivery of digital assets for social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Produce and edit videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across diverse content types.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in communications or public relations with a strong portfolio of written and visual content.
- Excellent writing and editing skills to resonate with diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop content ideas from concept to execution and work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Note: Travel outside Colombo may be required for projects and events. Candidates must be adaptable to varying schedules and project demands.
