Position: Communications Executive

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies that align with Hatch’s brand and objectives.
• Craft engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and reports.
• Create content calendars and manage timely delivery of digital assets for social media, website, and email campaigns.
• Produce and edit videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice across diverse content types.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in communications or public relations with a strong portfolio of written and visual content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills to resonate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop content ideas from concept to execution and work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Travel outside Colombo may be required for projects and events. Candidates must be adaptable to varying schedules and project demands.
