- Ensure smooth functioning of order processing, planning scheduling, and monitoring
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, staff, and management for smooth operations
- Prepare and confirm sales contracts, shipping instructions, and follow up with clients
- Order correct packing materials at best prices and quantities for on-time delivery
- Update and maintain records, informing clients as necessary
Expected Profile:
- Professional qualification in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in client and factory coordination
- Ability to work under pressure, take responsibility, and be accountable
- Excellent English proficiency and computer literacy
