Job Description

Salary : Up to 100K LKR (Based on your experience)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and commercial roles within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
