Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage air and sea freight logistics, ensuring timely delivery and optimal efficiency.
- Liaise with clients, factories, and third-party service providers to facilitate seamless freight operations.
- Manage end-to-end logistics processes, from freight scheduling to customs documentation and clearance.
- Resolve logistical issues promptly to ensure a streamlined operation with minimal delays.
- Support the commercial team by maintaining accurate records, reporting, and invoicing for all freight operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in air and sea freight logistics.
- Strong coordination skills and experience in handling clients and factory communications.
- Ability to manage logistics documents, including customs forms and shipping paperwork.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with external parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other logistics software is a plus.
