Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct QMS internal audits: Perform process audits to ensure adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Brand protection standards: Overlook implementation and monitoring of brand protection protocols.
- Product traceability: Ensure robust traceability systems are in place and functioning effectively.
- QMS process mapping and standardization: Develop, refine, and standardize processes to align with QMS requirements.
- Handle Product certification standards and audits: Oversee compliance with GOTS, GRS, RCS, OCS, and Regenagri standards, including audit preparations and coordination.
- Employee training: Conduct training sessions on QMS, Brand Protection, and sustainability standards such as GOTS, GRS, RCS, OCS, and Regenagri.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a quality assurance / QMS role within the apparel manufacturing sector.
- Educational background: Degree or diploma in apparel technology or a related field.
- Auditing and reporting: Strong skills in audit execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking: Proficient in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Communication skills: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Technical proficiency: Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel and work across multiple group companies.
