Job Description
Language Requirement:
Fluent in English
Work Hours:
7:00 PM to 2:00 AM SL time (at least 3 hours within this time frame)
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: LKR 250 per hour
Commission:
LKR 300 per Sale or per 10 Appointments
As a Cold Caller, your role involves reaching out to potential clients via phone calls and trying to book them into appointments with our CEO for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation.
- Effective Communication and Handling Objections.
- Persistence in Follow-up and Sales Conversion.
- Metrics and Reporting.
Qualifications include 6 months of Cold Calling experience, verbal communication skills, persistence, and basic computer skills.
Opportunity to earn additional income through commissions and gain valuable sales experience.
