Role Description

The Chief Technology Officer – Microsoft Solutions will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and implementation of all technology initiatives related to Microsoft products and services. This role will ensure that our technological resources align with the company’s business objectives and drive growth through innovative solutions. The CTO will collaborate closely with other executives, stakeholders, and clients to deliver robust Microsoft-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

– Strategic Leadership:

– Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy focused on Microsoft Solutions.

– Align technology goals with the company’s business objectives and growth strategies.

– Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

– Technical Oversight:

– Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft-based solutions, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and other related platforms.

– Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of all technology systems and infrastructure.

– Lead the architecture and integration of Microsoft technologies within the company’s ecosystem.

– Team Leadership:

– Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team.

– Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

– Ensure ongoing professional development and training for team members.

– Stakeholder Collaboration:

– Work closely with other executive leaders to align technology initiatives with business needs.

– Engage with clients and partners to understand their requirements and deliver tailored Microsoft solutions.

– Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and partner meetings.

– Project Management:

– Oversee the successful execution of technology projects from concept to completion.

– Implement best practices in project management to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

– Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

– Risk Management:

– Identify and mitigate technology-related risks.

– Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

– Maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

– Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a lead system engineer/Tech lead or Solution Architech or similar, with a focus on Microsoft Solutions.

– Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.

– Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.

– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

– Demonstrated ability to drive technology innovation and achieve business results.

– Experience in managing complex technology projects and leading cross-functional teams.

– Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
