- Specializing in cultivating fruits and herbs like Blue Pea and Gurmar.
👩🌾 Looking for a Co-Founder with:
- Prior experience in agriculture and greenhouse technology
- A genuine passion for plantation and agriculture
- Willingness to relocate to Matale
💼 Compensation & Role:
- High equity compensation + profit-sharing scheme
- Managing assets worth over $150,00
- Leading crop growth strategies, guiding teams, and managing plantation sector
