Job Description
The Cloud Engineer / Support Engineer L3 is responsible for leading and executing infrastructure projects from conception to completion. Leveraging expertise in design, implementation, and project management, this role will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and resilient solutions meeting customer strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cloud infrastructure projects from design to deployment, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives
- Design, configure, and deploy Azure solutions including Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Entra
- Administer Microsoft Entra for access control and identity management
- Provide Level 3 support for complex cloud-related issues
- Configure Juniper network devices for optimal performance
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions
- Provide recommendations for cloud optimization and cost management
- Document processes for knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Juniper Networking, Cisco
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Cloud Engineer
- Strong project delivery and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Microsoft certifications (Nice to have)
