Job Description
We are seeking a Talented, Dynamic Client Services Executive to join our team at Sri Lanka’s only Sports Recovery and Rehabilitation Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Provide accurate and informative responses to client questions and requests.
- Assist with the resolution of client issues and complaints.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- A positive and customer-oriented attitude.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
