Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the client relations team for optimal performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Implement client retention and satisfaction strategies
- Monitor teams’ performance metrics and client feedback
- Address client concerns and complaints effectively
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

- Manage the budget for the client relations teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and management or finance related
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
