Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Client Relations Specialist at Formix. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer support. This role will involve working in our Colombo office with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Support skills
- Experience in client relations and customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
