Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients over the phone, providing exceptional service and driving sales.
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with the team during occasional meetings in Colombo for training and development.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English or Sinhala (fluency in both languages is an advantage).
• No prior experience required. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
