Role Description

This is a full-time Account Executive – Australian Clients role located in  Orion City office, Colombo. As an Account Executive, your main responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with our Australian clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored HR solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of outstanding services and achieve client satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities and engaging in business development activities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an accounting and finance for Australian clients.
• Prior experiance in Myob, QBO and Xero is compulsory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proactive and results-driven mindset
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration / Finance & Accounts
