Job Description
- Facilitate shipment clearance process, liaising with internal stakeholders and external officials.
- Support customer queries and provide the information and guidance needed for the clearance process.
- Liaise with relevant regulators on problems relating to duties and shipments.
- Comply with the regulatory policies & Procedures.
- Maintain records of the clearance process and update customers with necessary information.
- Should hold CHA Certification and GCE Ordinary Level.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent communication skills.
- Must have a “Can do” spirit, excellent customer facing skills, and be a self-starter and team player.
