Job Description
As a CLM Resltion Rep II, Hosp/Prv, you will be responsible for resolving complex Hosp/Prv claims and accounts. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of billing and payment discrepancies.
Your main duties include investigating claims, identifying trends, and implementing solutions to improve overall claim resolution processes. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to address any inquiries related to billing or insurance coverage.
