Job Description
What you have to do:
- Provide 2nd level technical infrastructure support, resolving client incidents and requests within SLAs.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base for customer environments.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
- Serve as an escalation point for level one support teams and adhere to ITIL Framework for Incident, Security, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation to provide assistance and escalation as needed.
What we need:
- 5+ years of experience in BAU and operations in Infrastructure Citrix & Support roles.
- Proficiency as a Citrix Engineer/Administrator, handling support, implementation, and upgrades/migrations.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Citrix technologies, including XenDesktop, XenApp, NetScaler/ADC, StoreFront, Provisioning Services, and Citrix Cloud.
- Citrix Certifications is preferred.
