Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Child Center Manager at Kiddiwinks Preschool, Daycare & Activity Center located in Colombo. The Child Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the child center, managing staff, developing programs, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in early childhood education or child care management
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in child care
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and children
• Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus
