Job Description
My customer is looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for their Sri Lankan operation. The individual would be tasked with formulating a vision that will lead their tech strategy and drive innovation into the future.
My client believes that people are their most valuable asset and need the CTO to drive results, while being a compassionate leader.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Mandatory)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology leadership (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Able to work with overseas teams to ensure consistent and timely delivery
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
- Experience in Data analysis and machine learning
- Manage and mentor technology teams
- Oversee the development and deployment of ML models and data analysis tools for insights
- Drive innovation
