Job Description

In this role, you will lead our technology strategy and oversee all technical aspects of the company. You will drive innovation, manage the technology team, and contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. As a visionary leader with a strong technical background, you will ensure alignment between our technical capabilities and business objectives, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Technology Strategy:

• Define and execute the company’s technical vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and integrate new technologies to drive competitive advantage and business growth.
• Ensure a robust, scalable, and secure technology infrastructure to support ongoing operations and growth.

Lead and Inspire the Technology Team:

• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and other technical professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the technology team.
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top technical talent.

Drive AI-Powered Innovation:

• Lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions addressing real-world industry problems.
• Oversee AI research initiatives, ensuring alignment with product goals and market needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and related technologies.

Ensure Effective Communication and Collaboration:

• Act as a bridge between the technical team and other departments (Prodcut Owner, Stackeholders), ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and timelines.
• Present technology strategy, progress, and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to define realistic R&D timelines and establish effective research methodologies.

Qualifications

  Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role with a proven track record in building, managing and releasing products (AI related products is a plus) – support data required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the development and launch of technology-driven products.

      Preferred

• Strong experience in applying AI models to real-world industry problems.
• Expertise in various AI subfields and state-of-the-art models, with a deep understanding of MLOps and deploying open-source models.
