OVERVIEW: Seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead HR initiatives, drive culture transformation, and align HR strategy with business goals. Must foster inclusivity and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop HR strategies supporting vision and goals.
- Lead culture and transformation initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
- Design performance management systems aligning with objectives.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with laws.
- Collaborate with senior management on needs and solutions.
- Develop training programs for skills enhancement.
- Monitor HR metrics and promote diversity and inclusion.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
- Minimum 8 years in HR management with a focus on people and culture.
